What should I do if my item is damaged?
We're so sorry to hear your order arrived damaged. Please contact us immediately at effexifyoffical@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We'll be happy to arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
When will out-of-stock items be available again?
We understand how frustrating it is when an item you love is out of stock. The best way to stay in the loop is to sign up for restock notifications. Just navigate to the product page and enter your email address where it says "Notify Me When Available." We'll send you an email the moment it's back in stock.
How true to life are the product photos?
We aim for our photos to be as true to life as possible. We don't use professional studio lighting or touch up our photos. Our goal is to capture the items as they truly are, which is why we take our photos in natural light. This means the colors, textures, and fit you see online are what you can expect to see in person.
Do the photos show what the items look like on a real person?
Yes! We don't use professional models, but instead, showcase our clothing on real people to help you visualize how the items will fit and drape on different body types.
